Real Club De Sotogrande
Real Club de Golf Sotogrande, crafted by Robert Trent Jones in 1964, stands as a stunning example of his first European design. The course features long tees, expansive fairways, and elevated, fast greens, which pose the greatest challenge. Around 100 bunkers are carefully placed, with 69 guarding the greens, making accuracy essential when approaching the pins. Sotogrande’s character is enhanced by its diverse holes and lush vegetation, including cork oaks, pines, palms, and many other species, giving it a distinct personality and charm.
La Reserva Club Sotogrande
Golf Club La Reserva, situated in the heart of Sotogrande, is surrounded by some of Europe’s most prestigious golf courses, including Valderrama and Real Club de Sotogrande. This 18-hole course designed by Cabell B. Robinson stands out for its unique layout, challenging water hazards, and sweeping views of the Mediterranean.
